Use of the website

The user undertakes to use the website lawfully and in accordance with current legislation.

The following is prohibited:

Copying, reproducing or distributing content from the website without authorisation.
Using the content for commercial purposes without consent.
Engaging in unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, photographs, designs, logos, illustrations and creative works) is the property of Burulore or is licensed for use.

Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited.

Products and availability

Burulore offers decorative stained-glass windows handcrafted using the traditional Tiffany technique.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the products:

Each piece is unique and may feature slight variations inherent to the handcrafted process.
No two pieces are identical.
Stock of each design is limited to a single available unit, unless otherwise stated.
The stained-glass windows may be considered original handcrafted works, with a unique, non-industrial character.

Commissions and Replicas

We accept commissions for replicas of previous designs featured in the “Gallery” section of the website.

To request a replica, the customer must contact us by email at: info@burulore.com

If the commission is accepted:

The price will be higher than that of the original piece.
The amount must be paid in advance.
The production timeframe will be communicated to the customer in advance.

Pieces made to order or customised are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with current regulations.

Shipping, insurance and risk

All orders are shipped via the carrier selected and managed exclusively by Burulore, with tracking and comprehensive insurance covering 100% of the value of the stained-glass window. We do not offer shipping without insurance.

Responsibility for the piece passes to the customer upon physical delivery to the address specified in the order. In the event of loss, breakage or damage during transport, Burulore will handle the claim with the carrier and the full cost of the artwork will be refunded. Transport costs in such cases will be borne by the carrier; the customer will not incur any additional charges.

If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer, the costs of reshipment will be borne by the customer. The stained-glass window will only be returned to the customer or refunded once it has been recovered by Burulore.

The customer must inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24–48 hours, providing photographs of the packaging and the item.

Applicable VAT

In accordance with Law 37/1992 on Value Added Tax, the supply of original works of art created by the artist themselves is eligible for the reduced VAT rate of 10%.

Burulore applies 10% VAT as these are original works created directly by the artist and sold without intermediaries, in accordance with current tax regulations in Spain.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish regulations on works of art and handcrafted products, the right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces sold by Burulore, as they are all unique, handcrafted works made using the Tiffany technique.

This means that:

Each stained-glass window is one-of-a-kind and is not mass-produced.
Items cannot be returned due to a change of mind, a mistake in the purchase or a personal decision by the customer, unless they have verifiable structural manufacturing defects.
Custom orders or replicas of previous designs are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.

By purchasing a stained-glass window, the customer expressly accepts these terms and conditions, in accordance with Spanish regulations on works of art and unique handcrafted products.

Comments and user-generated content

Where the site allows comments or reviews:

Users are responsible for the content they post.
Comments that are offensive, defamatory, illegal or that infringe the rights of third parties are not permitted.
Burulore reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content.

External links

This website may contain links to third-party sites. Burulore accepts no responsibility for the content, policies or practices of such external sites.

Liability

Burulore does not guarantee that the website will be free from errors or technical disruptions.

To the extent permitted by law:

No liability is accepted for any damage arising from the use of the website.
The continuous availability of the service is not guaranteed.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits the consumer’s rights under Spanish and European law.

Data protection and payments

The processing of the user’s personal data is governed by the provisions of the website’s Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018.

Payments made via the website are processed through secure external platforms, such as:

PayPal

Burulore does not store or have access to the full details of the bank cards entered by the customer.

Burulore shall not be liable for any incidents, service interruptions, technical errors, security breaches or any other damage arising from the operation of such external platforms.

Amendments

Burulore reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any amendments will be published on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
